I would never rent here again.

I had no WiFi for 4 days and when it was connected it was spotty. I had no tv during my entire stay. I had no hot water for my morning showers. I was not able to take a hot shower until check out day. I had no gas to cook with for one night. The check-in process was difficult and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get the keys to the apartment. Dealing with the property manager was like playing three card monte. I contacted the owner from the United States who then told me to contact the local manager on WhatsApp but he did not have an account then there were two locals who showed up on their own time and provided very little assistance. The sliding doors did not lock. I would have preferred having screen doors for the balcony in which I would have left the sliding doors opened instead of running the air conditioner because there was a continuous breeze from both the mountain and ocean. Running the ac at night was very cold.

Nice Place....Great Ocean View

All in all a very nice condo. Air conditioning worked well and condo was clean. View and breeze from balcony really nice, open front and rear balcony doors and no need for air conditioning. Had full kitchen but never used. Nice flat panel TV but also never used. Power was out one evening for a few hours so no lights but still had hot water for shower (Power outages still a normal occurence in Costambar) Morning I left I took a walk upstairs to where the jacuzzi is, nice views and shaded area to relax, next trip will definitely use. Darrien was good at replying to my emails. Having my Dominican cell phone was a definite help in communication during check in.
