Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable retreat in one of our pet-friendly, waterfront cottages—each privately set to give you the true Canadian cottage experience. Nestled on 84 acres of natural beauty with 2,700 feet of waterfront, Sunny Point Resort offers ample space and privacy for every guest.
Our **Superior 3-Bedroom Cottage** is our mid-level option—more spacious, newer, and in some cases closer to the lake than our Deluxe models. Each cottage is directly on the water and includes:
* A private dock, driveway, and canoe
* A full kitchen with full-size fridge, stove, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cutlery
* Linens provided for all bedrooms
* A full bathroom with tub, bath towels, and a hair dryer
* Satellite TV with DVD/VCR
* Dining and living room seating for six
**House Rules:**
* Pet Friendly (allow maximum 2 pets)
* No smoking
* No parties or events
