Wonderful vacation apartment

The perfect location. Great parking right behind the building and the shuttle stops right out front. The apartment is very well equipped. The host was very pleasant and responded. All information needed was in the guest book in the apartment. I want to stay here again next year. It was a great experience.

Excellent home base in Stowe

Beautifully decorated, in-town Stowe convenience within walking distance of many great dining options. Would be perfect for 2 adult couples. The only challenge with younger kids is that if you are skiing, the outdoor staircase that is used to access the unit is quite steep and one can’t wear ski boots down the stairs so this means we couldn’t get the kids fully geared up until we got to the car. We were fully aware of the stairs being a possible challenge when we booked so no fault of the host at all. Host was super responsive and communicative regarding any active issues and even was kind enough to send us the kindle my daughter forgot at the property. A fantastic stay overall.

Wonderful Stay for Skiing in February

The condo is spacious, well-decorated and very comfortable. It was perfect for our short ski vacation. The location was wonderful with everything within a short walking distance including the Stowe shuttle that stops right next door. We had a little trouble locating the entry and the key but the host resolved that quickly. We would definitely come back.

Ski Trip

What a great place to experience a stowe ski trip. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is perfect for 2 couples. Located right on main st. with easy access to restaurants & shops and just a short drive to the mountain. We found everything in the unit to be clean and well organized to the highest hotel standards.Will look forward to a return stay next year

Stowe vacation

Rented last year and loved it so much we rented again. Perfect quiet location. Restaurants and some stores in walking distance. Super clean and everything you need for a perfect stay. We love the location and communication between us and owner is always super quick. Quick driving distance to other great spots. Bus stop to get to mountain right outside of unit couldn’t be any closer. Highly recommend staying here.

Cozy condo with a great location

We absolutely loved our stay in Stowe. Being in walking distance of so many things in town was key for us and this condo delivered. The condo is so cozy and made you feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back and would stay here every time. Parking in back is a plus!

Excellent location during the day. However because it is on, and faces, Main Street, it is extremely loud during the night with trucks coming by all hours of the night.

5 star with a couple of notes

This is a beautiful second story condo right in the heart of Stowe. Very clean, well stocked up and beautifully renovated. A couple of items to note: 1) you do hear road noise all night but it did not bother us much 2) The stairs to the second story are very steep and long, so you need to be able to carry your luggage up and down! The AC did not work for us, but we managed using the fans. Otherwise, one of the nicest places we stayed at and would book again.

Great place but hard to locate!

Wonderful place but was difficult to locate the address on the front of the building. I had to get out of my car and walk up and down the street looking for an address then finally found it on the top of the sign for the retail businesses also in the Bldg. It needs to have Stafford Place on a sign somewhere . Once we found it we loved it and have no other complaints .

Great place, great location!

Very spacious and clean. Perfect location right in the middle of town. Appreciated the amenities and that you did not require us to start any laundry or take out the trash/recycling like many others do on VRBO. Street noise in the evening settled down pretty early and a sound machine was provided so we had no issues.

*****Loved the decor! from the b/w barn photographs to the area rugs- everything was cohesive and calming! It was modern, yet touches of rustic with distressed wood and cozy fabrics. This interplay was paired with soft colored neutrals that created a sense of calmness, peace and space. The kitchen had everything to assist you in cooking- thank you! Had the best night's sleep- the mattress was perfect and the sheets were so soft! Plenty of space- two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen and living room area. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries- thank you! Loved having the closet to hang clothes on hangers, a gas fireplace (although we didn't use), vertical mirror in hallway, and proximity to main street. Notes: We were a bit confused of where to find the parking lot having never been there, but our guess of turning off the main street right behind the building was correct. The #5 parking spot was right in the front corner close to the path/stairs but a little tight to the spot behind (we had a classic car). It took us a few minutes to locate the lockbox, but once we found it there were no issues getting it open and opening the doors. The condo is right on the main street. Since we were in town for a large event on a weekend it was pretty noisy being located next to the outdoor pub and main street sidewalks, but we were up anyways socializing with friends so it didn't bother us. We needed to pull down all the shades in the living room/kitchen at night/am for privacy.

Optimal spot for a visit to Stowe

We have been coming to Vermont for 40+ years and Stowe every year for the last 15 years. We have stayed at many different places over the years and chose this condo because of its central location and it met all expectations. Walking distance or a quick bike or short drive to our favorite restaurants, hikes and swimming spots. Having the bike path entrance right behind the location a big plus. Condo was very clean and as portrayed on the VRBO site. Traffic noise on Main Street not an issue - there are white noise machines in the bedrooms for lite sleepers.

Great apt in a great location

We loved our stay at Molly's property. The unit was spotless, the bedding and linens were very comfortable, and the location in the center of Stowe was perfect. Very convenient spot (with parking!) as we explored the area, and equipped with everything we could have needed.

Great Place and Location!

As soon as I walked in the door I loved it! I don't think the photos did it justice. Very cozy and comfortable. Super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms updated and nice. Beds super comfortable. Blackout shades were great as well as the noise machine for a good night's sleep. Great location. Loved Plate Restaurant which is right downstairs.

The owners were married in the fall of 2014 in Vermont, where they fell in love with Stowe. They came across this unique condo that has a rustic feeling with modern amenities. Soon enough they were home owners and enjoying everything about this beautiful town.

The owners found the area to be very convenient and they loved the charming village.

What makes this property unique

The shell of the building was built in 1840's and we love the old hand honed beams that run throughout the living space and into the bedrooms. When sitting in the living room you can watch the snowfall while sitting next to the warm fireplace with a hot cup of cocoa or tea.
