Located on the east (town side) edge of Port Fairys Southern Beach, this private and quiet apartment is less than a ten-minute walk to Port Fairys main precinct. Decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout, this property has been thoughtfully put together to accommodate many potential booking guests whether it be a family, singles or two couples.

From the living and dining room you look out at the ocean across a protected courtyard with outdoor seating, BBQ and a beach hot and cold shower. Relax in designer Swedish lounge chairs in front of a large smart TV and enjoy the warmth of a gas log fire. Walk through to a modern small well-equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom featuring a deep tiled Japanese bath. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and a smaller room with a very comfortable single bed over a trundle, ideal for children. At the back of the apartment are north facing light filled windows, and a small outside sitting area enhanced with pot plants. A second BBQ is provided in a separate courtyard, next to a well-equipped laundry available to guests.
