Vance Villa is located along the Jalousie & Sugar Beach resort road (1 minute drive off the Soufriere main road).

The villa is newly renovated with lovely high ceilings with exposed rafters, ceiling fans, and air conditioned rooms. Vance Villa features an open plan living and dining area, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tiled counter tops, hardwood cabinetry and tiled flooring.

The master bath features a spacious glass door shower, double sink vanity, and large jetted tub. The master bedroom has a lovely view of the famous pitons. Off the master bedroom is a private balcony with a view of the Caribbean Sea and the pitons.

Surrounded by lush greenery, Vance Villa is a short walk from the Malgretoute Beach; within 2 mins from Sugar Beach; within 2 to 3 mins from the Sulphur Springs, mud bath, Tet Paul hiking trail, and zip lines; within 4 minutes from Soufriere town; and 10 mins from waterfalls.

Fun week in Vance Villa

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week in St Lucia and enjoyed the Vance Villa. Everything appears to be new and great effort was put in making the villa first class. New stainless steel kitchen appliances, large stone shower, AC in all 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds, TV's everywhere. Owner called us before trip and made dinner reservations and suggestions. Our local contact (Glyndia) was super responsive and even did our laundry due to a glitch with the new washer dryer installation. Great location on Sugar Beach Rd (paved!), at base of Piton, and easy access to LaDera, Boucon, Sulphur Springs, and Soufriere. Would recommend and stay there again.
