Terrible rental

The owner had no sense of humor of our CHULK art work... she ended up not allowing us to stay at the rental that we booked 7 months in advance and paid in full. We apologize for the chulk drawing and was willing to wash it off and she still refused to let us stay, and refused to give us a refund. The house had trash all around the outside.

The VRBO that didn’t happen

The VRBO was paid for July 24 through 29. It was not ready on July 24 so a hotel room had to be booked instead. On July 25, the apartment was ready but the host who must have agreed to the reservation basically told the group to leave or she would call the cops. Seemed like she had no intention of allowing us to use the VRBO for the time we purchased it for. Seemed like a scam since there was no consideration for a refund of the cost. Recommend you Do Not reserve from this host. In addition, VRBO has little communication with guests and should have a mechanism by which they can connect with them prior to/during and after the stay. We have had to protest the charge for space we did not use - we had to book hotel rooms. No one from VRBO has reached out about the behavior of this host. Don’t use VRBO.

Awesome Host/Location!!

Vanessa was a great host! Easy to contact and very accommodating. The location was close to the beach and casino. Had a great stay and definitely look forward to returning!

We had a nice stay

There was lots of room for sleeping, but not a lot of space for gathering. We don't rent very often so don't have a lot to compare it to, but overall it was very nice and well maintained on the inside, and the manager responded very quickly to questions we had. It was nice to have laundry. It was so close to a not-crowded beach with a life guard which was our biggest hope. Our group of 13 all had fun and are very glad we went.
