Why Joanne Pearring chose Manitou Springs
We discovered Manitou Springs while vacationing at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs in June and fell in love with the area. On our next trip, in August, we stayed at the Manitou Skylight Loft and were delighted when we discovered that the unit was for sale. We are excited for you to visit our little piece of the Rockies and are certain you will love it as much as we do. Our loft is located in the middle of downtown Manitou and you are only steps from all of the activities, bars, restaurants, etc.. The private garage is invaluable as parking is at a premium here.

Great Loft and Great Location
We had a great time at the loft. Our stay was relaxing and the location was wonderful for enjoying Manitou Springs.
Love the location!
Great location and Joanne was SUPER nice to work with. We will definitely visit again - the only minor suggestion I would say would be to improve the bed comfort levels as well as pillows. Other than that, the condo is a great place to visit and stay. Having a private parking place is HUGE in this town.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything, beautiful interior of the condo, great views from living area and balcony, safe secured parking was a real plus. Joanne was really nice and helpful when we overstayed one night. Overall 5 stars...exactly what we were looking for with our stay in manitou Springs.
Location is key with this property! Located in the heart of Manitou Springs with shopping and restraunt within walking distance. Owner was very helpful with us leaving a night early due to a tropical storm hitting our town. If visiting Manitou this is definitely the place to stay.
Excellent Location and Spacious Loft
We enjoyed our stay at this loft in Manitou Springs. The loft is located in the heart of Manitou Springs and is close to shopping, restaurants, arcade, and a small store for last minute items. Perfect for a small group. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. We had plenty of towels and bedding. We did have a few comments for future guests, none of which caused us to give lower than 5 stars, more informational in regards to our experience:
* when you arrive, there might be more than one lock box located around the parking garage area. So make sure you follow the directions carefully. We tried to open the wrong one because we didn't go around the corner. The owners were quick to respond to help us.
* if anyone is planning to sleep in the loft area, there is a skylight, so it can get be bright in the mornings. Common sense but not something we thought of ahead of time.
* the fold out isn't the most comfortable bed, we used an airbed instead
Overall we had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. I would recommend this property.
We enjoyed the condo. The location was great to be able to walk to everything and was great to have dedicated parking since that can be challenging in Manitou Springs. Loved the kitchen and double French doors.
