Don't look any further, this is the best value in Palm Beach County. The apartment is brand new, with travertine stone tile throughout the apartment, Hansgrohe faucets, solid wood furniture, granite countertop, high standard. Perfect for those who are looking to stay for a season or those who are looking to move to Florida and purchase their own house and does not want to rent for entire year. The minimum stay is 1 month and at least one of the guests have to be 55 years old or older. Close to West Palm Beach(15 min away), Boca Raton (15 min away), Delray Beach Downtown (10 min away). I am responsible homeowner and have over 150 positive reviews on my other properties located in Palm Beach County.

A nice stay in Florida

Property was updated and clean. Only complaint is no screens on the lanai or any other windows.

Condo at Boyton Beach

We found this Condo to be extremely clean. We were missing a few items but the Condo owner went out the same day and purchased everything we needed. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The Pool is very nice and we found the people very friendly. Very close to shopping about a 10 minute drive to the Beach. Would recommend this Condo to other potential Renters. Pat and Roy Alexander.
