Perfect Location. Close to everything you need, whatever your need; banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, beach, handicrafts, medical clinics etc. Of the noble districts of João Pessoa, Tambaú is the most central. The apartment, which is not on the seafront, has a good point in this, because the waterfront with all its excitement of people, live music in the bars, has its inconvenient side.
