Excellent flat in the Nannai Residence, located on the beach of Muro Alto. New, the apartment consists of 1 bedroom, living room and balcony with planned furniture and modern decor. First floor suite with double bed + single bed with bunk bed, air conditioning (split), bathroom, closet, Led TV with cable TV. In the ground floor living room with double sofa bed, led tv, dvd, american kitchen complete with refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, microwave and all utensils and accessories needed for your stay. Balcony with table, 4 chairs, sideboard, hammock, clothesline and a beautiful view of the condominium pools. The apartment has safety nets for children. We provide 1 set of bed linen and bath for up to 5 people.
The Nannai Residence Condominium features a restaurant, convenience store, beach support service, sports and tennis courts, playground, game room, fitness room, pool complex, daily maid service, maintenance support services, vacancy for exclusive car for the apartment, in addition to spaces for visitors (limited).
The beach in front of the condo is wonderful, with calm and warm waters. There is available on the beach rental service from stand up, paddle, kayak, rafts, to make your day even better.
