Great location, great service.
The condo was the perfect location for us to let everyone do what they wanted in the summer. Walk to town (or take the city bus), walk to pool, hot tub, or trails. Management company was friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. The condo was well kept and updated, minus the grill. There is no air conditioning and not normally needed. Two fans were provided and 3 humidifiers. It is similar to an extended stay hotel as far as amenities. If you plan to cook, salt & pepper and a bit of sugar were provided, along with coffee packs for 3 pots of coffee. Wish we had known to bring filters from home. Also, don’t forget your washer detergent if you’ll do laundry. Overall, we would stay again.
We had a great time in Breck. Very nice townhome as described. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Inside hot tub was great. It was clean and well stocked with towels. Check in was easy. You can walk to town but the walk back is all uphill- you are on a mountain of course. I would rent here again.
Amazing condo in great location!
Condo was new, clean, comfortable and my family loved it.
This was our third time staying in Los Pinos complex. First time in this unit and it was in very good shape. It is on the ground floor and there is access to the heated garage directly from the condo. This was great for storing the snowboards and skis. We love how easy it is to jump on the free Breck bus to get to Beaver Run and the downtown area. You can also easily walk there. Getting the keys for the unit was very simple. I would highly recommend this place.
As advertised. Relatively close to lift, but not ski in and ski out
Well maintained and the staff was great. We opted to be dropped off at Beaver Run after the first day since it isn’t a true ski in ski out location
Lovely property, great for family, clean and well-managed
Our group of 7 adults plus a baby enjoyed our stay here for our ski trip. Kitchen & living area on top floor with 3 BR/3 BTH (and private hot tub) on lower floor was very nice for sound separation. Den and kitchen were beautifully furnished (and mgmt. co responded promptly to bring over a can opener), so we ate in most of the time. Beds (mattresses) and dining chairs could have been a bit more comfy for the price ... they were all pretty hard. Loved having the heated garage with racks for skis ... very convenient! Enjoyed the large fireplace with comfortable hearth seating (don't have to sit on the floor). We never were disturbed by the people staying above us ... sound-proofing was good.
Note regarding access to slopes: Skiing "OUT" is a pretty easy downhill walk (100 yds?) to end of parking lot, across street, then poling a flat trail for about 50 yards to short downhill trail (which would be a little tricky for a new skier) to Snowflake lift. Skiing back "IN" is not as easy ... involved a good bit of poling on flat trails (Lower Sawmill, Snowflake plus 50 yds) then an uphill walk back through parking lot. Took about 10-15 minutes and a good bit of energy. Sometimes one of us drove and picked up others in our group at base of Beaver Run or Snowflake lifts. Bottom line: we do recommend this very nice property but wanted to clarify that it's not truly a ski-in/ski-out place.
