Fabulous family location

Cool old style beach house. 2 minutes to the beach. Great deck. Stacks of room. Evans head is beautiful, heaps of flat pushbike riding

Place needed a good clean, we had to do the floors, the first day.

House needed a good clean. Garage over flowing from previous tenants . Traffic noisey in the morning’s. Loved Evans Head area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great room in the home, everything you need is in the home.Did notice cockroaches in the home, suggestion for better comfort air conditions, fan down stars and wifi!!!
