You will be able to select from many of the town's restaurants or cafes.You have access to the corner store in a short 2 minute stroll from your front door, here you will find a takeaway, a bottle shop and general store items.There is a great barbecue area outside on the bottom back deck where you can sit and enjoy the outdoor area while looking at the water. The home is a perfect family get away. Enter through the front door, and to the left downstairs you will have access to the bedroom/laundry and also a kitchenette. Upstairs you will have the master bedroom with ensuite and private deck with views out to the water. Straight ahead from entry door you have access to the main hub of the home, with a kitchen/dining and lounge area a reverse cycle air conditioner, also on this level straight out to the deck for the summer BBQ and the quiet afternoon of relaxing and to the right are 2 other bedrooms and the main bathroom. Bathrooms and Laundry: The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet, while the ensuite has a shower and toilet. There is a closet with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience, in the laundry area.

Outside: There is a bottom back deck with direct beach access. At times dolphins can be seen playing offshore. The front yard is a fully enclosed fenced yard for the children to play around. You can park your car in the driveway in the carport.

Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.

Bookings: High - 7 night minimum; Mid and Low - 2 night minimum no Sunday arrival

This property has 24hrs security at rear and entrance of property will be turned off at arrival and turned back on at departure. On one level of upstairs first floor is a private residence that is not accessible for guests, and a double LUG that is not accessible for guests.
