This luxurious house is located in Merimbula’s prestigious area and offers spectacular panoramic views over Merimbula Lake and the ocean.
The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with all the modern conveniences including a flat screen H.D. TV, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge room opens up onto the large entertaining deck with a BBQ and its pristine views that just have to be seen.
The spacious bedrooms sleeps 8 with the bedding configuration being Bedroom 1, Queen bed and ensuite, Bedroom 2, Queen bed and ensuite, Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has a Queen bed. The third bathroom has a separate bath and shower and the laundry has both washing and drying facilities.
Reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge/family room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Out the back is a paved courtyard that is the perfect setting for brunch. This home is suitable for 2 families. Situated only a short 5 minute walk from the centre of town and the lake, this home is the perfect home away from home, and is ready for your next holiday.

House on the hill

The house was great for 2 families and had enough room for everyone to have their own space. The house had everything including the extra bar fridge that came in very handy. There was enough parking for both cars and the view from the deck was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house with a few short comings!

Location, size, outdoor space and amenities all great. Issues with the listing; stating it had an extra bed (it didn’t). Issues with the electrical (without power on most outlets and ceiling fans not working for first night). Cleanliness (cobwebs, spiders right throughout house, ants present in bathrooms and laundry). Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few issues that could/should have been easily addressed before any arrival made it uncomfortable for portions. Communication with host was really good and meant the electrical got fixed reasonably quickly. Can recommend for a larger family unit for a coast holiday, but encourage host or contracted cleaners/carers of property to ensure issues are addressed before any arrival and Stayz advert should be updated.
