In summer the property is completely protected from the North East winds so you can sit out and watch the water in complete comfort. Or take a short stroll down the hill to have a refreshing dip in the amazing Boat Harbour rock pool. Cook a romantic meal for two in the spacious kitchen, then dine al fresco in the back courtyard with your dog.
Configuration - Whale Watch is a one bedroom, one bathroom house. Perfect for couples.The bedroom has a queen bed, and the modern bathroom/laundry has a shower, vanity, toilet, washer and dryer.
There are two living areas, the first at the front of the house with a smart TV, DVD player, Foxtel, gas log fireplace and ocean views. The second living area opens to the back courtyard and has a big sofa and second TV.The huge kitchen is well equipped with electric hotplate and oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
Outdoors - At the front of the property there is a deck with outdoor furniture, heater and amazing views over the ocean and headland. The backyard is fully fenced, and there is an under cover area with gas BBQ and table and chairs.
Heating and cooling - Whale watch has a gas log fireplace in the living area and outdoor heaters. For the warmer months there is air conditioning.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway.
Pets - Whale Watch is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner cannot guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

While there is a second bedroom at the property this is locked off and not available for guests use.
The owners will, at times, be residing in a separate flat over the top of the garage. The premises is completely private and self-contained and privacy is respected.
