Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Opened the front door to a stail musty smell like it had not been opened up for a long time, the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time dust everywhere rubbish behind the main bed dust and hair all through the bathroom mould in the main room around the windows cockroach infestation 2 big one came out of the cutlery draw and there was babies everywhere no tea towel 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 5 nights other then that lovely location but very out dated and disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was unit was reasonably clean. A few areas could have done with a bit more attention. I feel a new lounge wouldn't go astray as it's sagging and uncomfortable to sit on as well as too low. Overall it was comfortable but some of the furnishings could be updated.

Great 2 bedroom apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visiting Port Macquarie and surrounds for a week, we needed a base to work from that was comfortable and had decent facilities for cooking. This served both purposes and had a good lounge for downtime.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is a short walk from the beach and convenience stores. The pool was a hit with the kids.There is no dishwasher (incorrectly included in the advertisement). Be careful, there is no air conditioning, only fans. On a hot summers night it's impossible to sleep. The ceilings and fans are quite low, not ideal for taller folk.The light in the main bedroom doesn't work.There was other peoples food and belongings left behind in the bedroom.The internet service/phone reception isn't the best but enough to get by usually. The property needs cleaning and airing.
