Comfortable house in great location and everything you need
We spent a week at this house for our family vacation. Location was excellent and situated in a nice neighborhood on a dead-end street. Close to everything and about 8 min to Hyannis. Amazingly quiet, and low traffic neighborhood considering how close to the main drag it was. Walking distance to Cape Cod Creamery or Shaws but you would never know it. Loved the fenced in yard where our boys could play. Had a fire pit though we never used it. As far as the house itself goes, it was one of the best rentals we have had since doing Cape Cod family vacations. It had everything we needed. Nice open concept layout. Eat in kitchen with table for 4, Gas stove, large fridge (good for us as we do a lot of home cooked meals) Newer cabinets, quartz counter tops and nice dishwasher. Various countertop appliances were there along with plenty of dishware, pots and pans. Loved the central air and the on-demand water heater that put out endless hot water. I appreciated that they even had a fan for the master. The bedroom setup was perfect for us - one room with 2 singles and the other with a double (not a queen). Size was fine for us as we are not big people but I could see how it may not work as well for some. Mattress was comfortable and we slept well. Hardwood floors through out made it easy to keep clean during our stay. Full cable service with Netflix and wifi allowed us the full spectrum of our regular entertainment options. Would recommend and we would definitely stay here again!
