About this property

Experience San Antonio mid-town living in our renovated, cozy cottage in the historic Alta Vista neighborhood. You will have private access to the entire home and backyard. Babies/toddlers can be accommodated with a portable crib or toddler mattress (and high chair, toys, books, etc.). A 16” air mattress can accommodate 2 extra guests. Ample closet space, blankets, comforters, and fresh cotton bed linens. Driveway parking for two vehicles.

Period details mixed with modern and antique furnishings make the home a comfortable retreat. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, and kitchen essentials. Relax in the lovely, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and claw-foot soaking tub. Wifi, Roku TV, A/C, extra heaters, hairdryer, and towels provided.

You can expect a peaceful stay but please note that you will be in the heart of the city. You may hear car sounds/music or the train nearby that is prohibited from blowing horn during night hours. Sound machines are provided for your sleeping comfort.

Outstanding Stay in Alta Vista

The property was in a great location, very clean, and extremely impressive all around. I visited with a group of friends and we all had plenty of space and especially enjoyed the backyard patio space. Carmen was very responsive to my questions and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We wish we could have stayed longer!
