Bedroom one is a large room with queen bed, built in robes plus a walk in robe, and full ensuite including shower toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and built in robes, the smaller bedroom 3 has built in robes and bunk beds.

The full size kitchen has stone benchtops and splashbacks, double sink, dishwasher, full size fridge, huge pantry, 6 burner gas hotplates, oven and microwave oven. It is adjacent to the dining room which overlooks the decking area.

The huge loungeroom looks out onto the yard, it has polished real timber floorboards, a 55 inch Sony smart TV with Netflix, large choice of board games and books.
The driveway is really long and can park up to 3 cars, or even a boat! And the Boat Ramp is right across the road a little to the left.
The yard has a upcycled outdoor table made from a slate pool table! And a hammock.

Please note this is not a party house. No special event bookings will be accepted. Sorry no mattresses to be laid out for extra guests

Fantastic stay
My family went to the holiday house for my dad's surprise 50th. And it was juat amazing. Deb was an amazing host, had clear communication, and was just wonderful and generous. Would definitely recommend it, price was perfect, beautiful view, seconds away from the beach. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy. Would definitely go again.

Great place to spend a few days!
What a great weekend we had here. Plenty of room to spread out. Excellent location right opposite beach & boat ramp. Walking distance to great restaurants, pubs & shopping on Main street. Deb the host was great to communicate with & got back quickly with a reply to our questions. Place was very clean, kitchen well stocked & beds comfortable. Bonus having 2 bathrooms & 3 toilets. Our boat & ute were able to fit easily behind the secure gates. Thanks Deb. We will be back! PS. Cafe on next corner "Lilo cafe" was quirky & great for coffee or brunch/Lunch.

Comfortable and easy stay
The Esplanade accomodation was great. Very convenient walk to great pubs for a meal, and also very convenient to Mornington Main St shops. Lovely walking track along the waterfront to enjoy Mornington views. The accomodation offered clean and flexible sleeping options for a grown adult family. Thankyou for your hospitality.

Why they chose this property

I love this property! It is across the road from the beach and only 1 km walk to the main street. The townhouse is very large. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus another separate toilet. Great for a large family, 2 small families or accommodate for work. The living area is really big, with a great full sized kitchen and separate dining area. It has all you'll need.
