This well presented property only one street from the beach is the perfect year round holiday home.

Sleeps up to 8 guests, with full linen provided
Only a short direct walk to the beach, only one street back!
Middleton beaches are gorgeous long sandy surf beaches, great for swimming, fishing, relaxing and surfing
Two living rooms, upstairs has a large flatscreen TV, Wifi and sea-views
Featuring a Corner Spa Upstairs!

Downstairs comprises a large living area with a kitchenette and second fridge. A great area to sit down and talk about your day.
The second, third and fourth bedrooms are also downstairs and share the bathroom with shower, vanity and w.c. The laundry has a front load washing machine.

Upstairs has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, large fridge and dishwasher.

Panoramic sea and rural views are offered from the full length glass windows. The master bedroom has a queen bed and sea views. The bathroom upstairs has a corner spa, shower, vanity and w.c. There are two balconies, one with sea views and the other with rural views.

The property has recently been updated, with new carpets and fresh paint. We appreciate all our feedback and strive to present the property the best we can.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

Perfect spot!!!

Great view front and back!

This place has everything and more with plenty of space for activities. The view on the hills behind Middleton is nearly as good as that of the beach out the front. We spent the arfternoons hanging out on the deck after a good morning surf. I will be back

Great location but run down property

This is the perfect example of a hyper-cheap build investment property. Although a once stunning property, it's poor design and construction is on display as the house prematurely ages. This is made more evident by heavily stained, disgusting carpets, numerous cobwebs inside and outside the house and generally poor maintenance. (Time to sack the cleaners?) Credit to the management company though for really doing their best for the customer. House does't merit premium price-tag.

Love this house

This house is ideal if like us you have adult children, but would also be wonderful for two families holidayong together. It's got everything you need for a comfortable stay and I especially like the linen provision. It's very well kept and spotlessly clean. We will be back.
