Summary:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The spacious kitchen has a floating floor and overlooks the dining and living area. The living area has access to the balcony with outdoor furniture. There are fantastic sea views from the living and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite with shower, vanity and w.c. The other two bedrooms are located at the other end of the unit and are close to the main bathroom with bath, shower and vanity. There is a second w.c. off the laundry. There is a single lock-up garage plus plenty of off street parking. There is a lovely lawn and garden area surrounding the units with communal barbeques.

**All linen is included in the price for this property.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

Overpriced.

While this property sleeps 6, it cannot comfortably host 6 people. The kitchen is ill-equipped, lacking basic items and utensils. Outdoor furniture on balcony is dirty & virtually unusable. No wifi. No clothes drying rack. Windows have to be closed or blinds up to avoid constant banging. Location & view are lovely.

Great views!

Property is modern and has a good layout for up to six adults. In addition to the private master bedroom with ensuite, the king single beds in the two other bedrooms were very comfortable- although this configuration was not made clear on the website. Furniture and appliances in the living areas was both functional and comfortable. I would say though that the lack of basic breakfast/ cooking supplements seemed lacking for the amount paid. An oversight of missing towels meant a mad dash before closing to the supermarket to buy towels for 6. Views are stunning, even if the constant rain on our second afternoon put a a dampener on things. This part of the world is spectacular and the view was worth the stairs to the top third floor.
