We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Great rates, nice neighborhood

This home was perfect for our budget and location we wanted. It was very clean and easy to get into. The only issues I would point out to future guests would be that the internet never stayed on.. one room never connected the whole time and the only one that did here and there was the living room. We didn’t bother having them come check it out because we were busy doing things offsite every day but it’s something I would have asked about if we were staying at the home more. When we arrived one toilet was completely clogged but maintenance was super quick to come help us fix it. The last thing is the mattresses, they were the most stiff mattresses I’ve ever laid on and had to make a bed on the floor with a bunch of pillows and a sheet the rest of our stay. None of the people in our group liked their mattresses and said they were super uncomfortable. I know this company has thousands of homes in this neighborhood to upkeep so I feel like the beds and such are more of a way to keep costs low but if I were them I would definitely consider upgrading the mattresses for sure. Overall we thought the place was homey and worked for what we needed.

Very Disappointed

My wife and I were not listed as the primary renters, we had to contact the main office to get clearance to enter. I paid!! We had to wait 25 minutes to enter the house cause we were early, if we wanted to get approved I had to pay $56.00 to enter early. The BBQ ran out of gas while we were cooking supper, we were told they would bring a refill tomorrow, and our meat was half cooked. I was charged the $ for the refill. The rugs had a lot of dog hair, they were on our wet trunks when we put them down on the floor. Hand and finger prints all over the front door and the back sliding doors. Our pass wouldn’t work at the gate, tried many times, called the guard but no answer. Someone behind me used theirs. They made a mess when the garbage was picked up. Overall, it wasn’t clean, and very disappointed. Small pool, looked bigger in the ads. Party on the street at 12, 1:00 am, nobody there to quiet them down. There’s other things but an overall disappointment, location sucked going to and returning from Theme Parks, easily 1 to 2 hours bumper to bumper traffic. I can go on and on, wasn’t enjoyable.

Great place

The place was clean, and big enough for everyone in our group. The kids enjoyed the pool, and loved seeing the alligator in the nearby pond. We had a hard time getting the door open sometimes, the lock didn’t open all the way and kept getting stuck. they didn’t provide hand towels in any of the rooms, just towels and wash clothes(no big deal). The biggest issue we had was parking. This place didn’t have assigned parking so every time we left and came home, someone was always parked in front of our place. We had to park several spots away and walk. There were a few nearby neighbors partying and blaring music at 3am but thankfully we couldn’t hear them from inside the house just when we went out to walk the dog. Overall the place was great! A few minor issues but I’d definitely stay again.

Weekend Trip

Parking QR codes worked sporadicly causing issues to get in the gate. House was clean and nicely decorated. Nickel and dime charges a bit frustrating $30 to use the grill is tacky. Overall the house provided a comfortable stay for weekend golf.

Short Vacation

The Pros: 👍The bathrooms were very clean as well as the bed linen. 👍The place was ideal for big families with three bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs, each with it own shower. 👍The pool area was absolutely clean, although all we did was dip our feet as we watched the 4th of July Freedom Fireworks because of individuals who had the right to bear arms (2nd Amendment), the pool water temp was perfect. 👍The fact that they allow pets and the place showed no signs of pet damage is a plus. The Cons: 👎The Lazy River and amenities center are too far to really enjoy. You have to drive to it. We stayed at another place in Kissimmee and the amenities center was central and walkable by means of bridges. 👎They have 4 toilets in the home and not a single toilet plunger. (NOT GOID!) 👎The carpet is in need of replacement. I suggest not to walk in white socks until carpet is replaced, carpet cleaners can’t save that carpet. 👎Front door latch could be more secure.
