Welcome to this modern new holiday home with plenty of space for the family or families. There are 4 large bedrooms all with robes, the master has walk in robe and en-suite. There are also 2 living areas, both are open plan and very spacious, one downstairs for the kids to relax and one upstairs for the parents to enjoy with the deck off the dining area for more space. The kitchen is complete with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave. The living areas are low maintenance with floating floors throughout, comfy couch, large T.V and Foxtel with sports channels. The bedrooms have carpet for warmth through winter. The BBQ is on the upstairs deck off the dining area with bench seats and table to enjoy the rural views. The back yard is enclosed.

Great location, great place to stay.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. Had everything you need, was clean and the location was peaceful and quiet. Just a short drive to Cowes and main attractions such as the Penguin Parade. Perfect for families with everything you need for a young family. Thank you, will be back again.
