New house, all equipped, porcelanato and granite throughout, full kitchen, barbecue, bathrooms with retro touch, smart tvs in the 2 bedrooms and at the top, fireplace, heater and fan, closet and table in the bedrooms, tiled pool with spa and lighting, clean and quiet environment. Owner lives in the front house, the pool house is another property, in another land at the back, access to the site through the side of the front house, no garage for cars, only motorcycles, quiet and guarded.
