Excelente estadia.

Tudo perfeito, casa organizada, limpa, próxima da praia, piscina privativa para aproveitar com as crianças. A anfitriã muito receptiva! Voltarei mais vezes!!

Everything was great. The only issue I had was I had to also pay for the electricity used. However it is my fault because I didn’t ready the rental agreement. It was a nice house to stay at with my family!!

Pouco conforto e limpeza

Ficamos bem frutrados com a limpeza dos utensílios de cozinha e estado das panelas e talheres, assim como, demais áreas da casa. Banheiros com o balcão da pia quebrados (vidro). Só há lixeira na casa, dentro dos wc's e no lado externo, que acreditamos que seja para o condomínio recolher. Sentimos falta de uma lixeira ao menos na cozinha. Quartos não estavam com roupas de cama e fomos muito picados quando deitamos para dormir. Tinham lençóis de elástico dentro de uma sacola em 1 dos quartos, apenas. Haviam travesseiros limpos e aparentemente novos. O chuveiro de um dos wc's dando choque. Água de poço muito muito salobra. Só há sofá no 1° andar e 01 tv também no 1° andar com imagem muito ruim. Não é smartTv. Ventilador de teto que há na "área gourmet" não funciona e tinha uma geladeira enferrujada e desligada na área. Internet funcionou bem. Psicina é pequena, mas atendeu ao anúncio. Água beeem fria, mas acredito que pelo período chuvoso. Churrasqueira também atendeu. Há câmeras de segurança que apontam inclusive para a piscina e para as varandas superiores e isso nos deixou bem surpresos. Não há microondas. Geladeira da cozinha demorou 1 dia para gelar. O freezer funcionou perfeitamente. Cadeiras da varanda superior precisando de reparo nas almofadas, assim como, lavagem. Paredes sujas no interior da casa. Não ficamos muito satisfeitos, pois essa foi a única vez que alugamos e que tivemos essa falta de conforto e limpeza. Inclusive no Village Carneiros 3, já nos hospedamos. O 5° wc acredito que seja o da piscina e ainda faltava a instalação da torneira. Acredito que estão em obra para melhoria da infraestrutura.
