***Utilities are not included on 28 day or more reservations. The entire LA DWP and SoCal gas utilities will be your responsibility. We require a $1399/per month booked -resolution payment at the time of booking as a flat fee.
We also recommend a damage protection policy $99 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guest against damages covered in this policy.


NO PETS – Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.

UNAUTHORIZED FILMING - if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
