All star worlds rental

The house was nice. It was well used but made you feel at home. A few of the utilities could use an update as someone prior had melted the back. Would have been nice to have a crock pot as my family does more meals in house than out. Overall loved it.

It was nice however some beds are not comfortable. Very springy. Kitchen could have used a calendar for draining boiling water. Our main concern was that all of the doors leading to outside did not lock. Two back sliding glass doors which we had to call and wait til 1:00 am for someone to come. He left us a stick to place in the track. Front door code didn’t lock our door. We went out each day leaving the door unlocked. It would open up all by itself when we were inside. It caused our dog to get out when we were not home. This was awful we spent hours of our last day looking for him. Totally unacceptable! There were never enough chairs for the pool. Towels saved chairs for hours before people would show up! We are 64 years old and sat on the cement more than once. The price to rent a cabana is outrageous! There was also a broken railing leading up to the bedrooms with a sticker saying do not use!! Very dangerous if you ask me!!! Looking forward to discuss all of this with someone. Don’t think we will be back for the money we paid for the week.

Excellent place to stay!

This home was exactly as expected! The owner was quick to answer questions! Location was excellent for Disney destinations. Most of our time was spent in the pool and jacuzzi! The waterpark is very close-walked there twice. Everyone agreed that it was an amazing place and we should have stayed longer!

We stayed 4 nights. Enjoyed the pools and was close to disney. Hot tub at the house wasnt working so we called management and they were out quickly to resolve the problem. Only complaint was the master bathroom shower had a couple hairs on the floor when we arrived.

You Get What You Paid For..... NOT!!

My Family and I planned a family reunion this property was 1/2 houses we booked to accommodate 24 of us. I must say, the house was beautiful, spacious & clean. However, being from Colorado upon arrival the pool had a light green tint to it and the hot tub was cold and the jets did not work. This was disappointing considering the HOT tube was the most important amenity to our family members for relaxation. Needless to say my 78 year old mom and my daughter got in to the pool the first day. BAD move, They both had to be treated in Florida for BACTERIAL INFECTIONS! Day 2 Ready to enjoy the pool and it was SWAMP green! The pumps weren't working not only in the Hot tub but in the pool either. I complained and a pool tech came out and informed us that "they" knew the pumps were not working and the part needed would not be in until September 7th! This was very bad business on the homeowners & the property management team. They KNEW the pool & hot tub were not working but they still allowed us to stay there not even motioning it before we arrived. That is bad business. We booked this home for 10 days. The pool/hot tube were fixed 7 days into our trip. You would think we would have been offered a discount, NOPE! No one has reached out to me, and remember we paid thousands to rent this home! Hideaway Resort Would NOT allow my family to enter because the HOA fee's for this home had not been paid! What A Joke! Bianca Gave me a different address to use Shady! Sorry But True! BEWARE!
