Charming, Brand New Apartment in the Heart of Budva

Splendid Apartment is situated in center of Budva, the most visited city in Montenegro. The location of our apartment speaks for itself. It's in the middle of all the events and happenings. It takes you just a 10 minutes walking to be at the beach and spend some time at the right place during the summer days.

Our one-bedroom apartment is very special and unique because of its modern and luxury design. At the first sight, I'm sure you'll be amazed with our apartment which will give you an unique feeling.

What are we all searching for when we want to give ourselves a time for enjoyment? First of all I'm sure that most of us want a comfort, clean accommodation in which we can enjoy and rest, in one word- feel like home, isn't that correct? If it is, then you're at the right place because we have everything you need to spend an amazing vacation!

In the 35 square meters you will have a bedroom, kitchenette, living room, bathroom and a balcony! We cared so much about every little detail in our apartment so if you are a stylish person, I'm sure you're going to like our place.

In our bedroom there is a queen size bed with a fresh clean linen and pair of towels. Flat screen TV is right in front of bed so you can always watch your favorite TV show or movie. There we have a closet as well with enough shelves for all your personal stuff. What we found as an advantage is that you can go to the balcony from the bedroom and enjoy in the fresh air. We have a table and a pair of chairs on the balcony, a right place if you need a silence, fresh air and a sunlight.

Our living room is a very nice place for spending time together with your friends or partner. There you can find a very nice sofa, perfect for the nap.
Without the internet we couldn't imagine our life so through the whole apartment you will have a free Wi- Fi and of course the air conditioning.

The kitchenette is small but it has all necessary things you need for making a meal you like. There you can find a fridge, stove, coffee maker, oven, etc.
As I said earlier we care about the details therefore we have a sitting area with the bar chairs right next to the kitchen where you can enjoy in your meal and company. It's also very nice place if you want to spend a romantic night with your partner and open a bottle of vine.

The bathroom is private, with the shower and always a hot water. There is also a sink, shampoo, soap, and of course clean towels.
