Perfect for family holidays, this single-level, spacious, 4-bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a large kitchen/meals area has ample room for family fun. The living area has a split system air conditioner as well as an Open Fire place for the cooler months. There is an expansive, partly covered deck with a BBQ and outdoor setting in a restful garden. The backyard is fully fenced so is suitable for young children.

This property is ideal for one or two families and it is situated just over 1km to Portsea beach and village or a 2km stroll to Sorrento village.

Beautiful large home in quiet location

Loved the property. Nice quiet location. Very safe for the kids as there was an electric gate which was high. Very spacious and clean. RT Edgar Portsea were fantastic to deal with. Thank you!
