Absolutely disgusting

If you’d like to stay in an unsanitary disgusting apartment with a rude property manager this is your place! Absolute joke of service and the property isn’t even close to these staged images they use in the photo. Beware and stay elsewhere.

What a great place!

I loved our stay at Halsey Haven! Funky little neighborhood, very close to Rutgers Newark and NJIT. Easy public transit, clean and spacious apartment, and lots of shopping & dining options nearby. Thanks for a great trip!

Very clean

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The property was exceptionally clean and fully stocked. Not my ideal part of town to stay in ( there was a guy walking up and down the street looking in and under our vehicle, amongst other things) . Had some issues with the internet connection (Netflix kept buffering and I couldn’t really enjoy watching anything) and finding parking was not easy. I don’t recall seeing anything about the stairs leading up to the property ( I brought two senior citizens with me with knee issues so I probably would’ve booked a different property had I known there were so many steps.)
