The Smooth Sands of Garden City Beach are a Walk Across the Street with Various Shops and Restaurants in Close Vicinity. An Angler's Villas Pool is at Your Disposal Along With Cable TV and Netfilx. Even Better Than The Pictures!!!

We had a wonderful week at Karen's Beach House. The place was a 12/10! It is close enough to the beach that you can walk there barefoot (I did). The house was immaculate and had everything you could need! The owners were easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. They're real people, not just another vacation realtor, and it does make a difference. We will 100% be back next year!

Spring "break"

Hi - this is a beautiful home, but I do think the listing should have more information about it not being accessible to all. My 82 year old mother cancelled at the last minute, but she would not have been able to get in and out. We loved having our dog, but she is also old and getting up and down the entrance was difficult. The ONLY way in is up a large flight of stairs. Just hauling all of our gear was taxing and we are not old. I also think the check out procedures should be enumerated before you decide to stay here, because for the price we pay for cleaning, etc, there should not be so much required. I would not have agreed to a home where towel washing and drying is expected before leaving. All that said, the home is beautiful, very well appointed kitchen, books, games; the location is great and the owner was very helpful throughout.
