On the northside of Lake Macatawa, sits this comfortable ranch-style home near many walking trails, biking trails, and parks. Holland House sits in a neighborhood that is just a 2 minute drive, or 12 minute walk, to the famous Tunnel Park. Tunnel park is stacked with: a park, beach access to Lake Michigan, playground, picnic facilities, and courts for play. Vacation without getting bored. Holland hosts fabulous restaurants, boutiques, and golf courses. Let's not forget the gorgeous Tulip Festival in early May as well.
Enjoy this 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home with fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, propane grill, patio with seating. Bring your furry pet along to enjoy running in the private-fenced yard.

Animals: Mostly city animals such as birds, rabbits, racoons, and very occasionally deer.

Beach/Swimming: Tunnel Park is the closest beach with just a 12-min walk, or 2-min drive, watering hole. Parking is a synch there. The gigantic Holland State Beach is only a 5-minute drive away from Holland House. Both Holland State Park and Tunnel Park are on Lake Michigan! A collapsible wagon is in the garage in case you would like to walk to Tunnel Park. Tunnel Park has bathrooms just in case! Riley Park is also just 4 miles away (North) which is great for hiking and biking. Riley is very family-friendly for short hikes with kids! Be sure to check them out!

Handicap Accessible: There are a couple steps to get into the house, but once you are in, it is one level. Doorways are subject to width. Walkers would be welcomed, but wheelchairs are dependent on width.
Internet: Wi-Fi AT&T U-verse—strong service. Feel free to work from home!
Linens: Yes, we provide you with basic sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. If you are particular about the thread count of your sheets, let us know, and we will make sure we leave a bed open for your sheets.
Parking: 2-car garage and the driveway can fit up to 4-cars MAX (NO additional local parking is available). Garage is available for guests to use. Please use button in kitchen for in/out access.
Pets: 1 dog up to 30 lbs. is welcomed at the property. Freshwater Vacation Rentals currently charges $75/per pet for your entire stay. Yes, we do accept dogs, yet we do ask that you please clean up after them both inside and outside the cabin. Plus, if you allow them on the furniture, we do ask that you please bring your own linens/blankets for them to sleep on. Just let us know which bed you will be using with them, and we'll make sure it is ready for your sheets when you arrive. Plus, if the pet hair starts to build, we do ask that you please run the vacuum. Generally, dogs love the water and places to explore. Pet food does tend to attract mice, so vigilance is needed.

Privacy: Neighbors are nearby, please be kind and respectful. There is a privacy fence around the entire property. Please keep gates closed if you decide to bring your dog. There are homes right next door.
