highlights of Bongaree just minutes' walk away. These highlights include the famous and beautiful Pumicestone passage, Bongaree Jetty, Bribie Island RSL and Bowls club, Red
Beach (prime fishing spot), Buckley's hole (bird/nature enthusiast delight), shops, cafes, parks, walking and biking tracks. It is the perfect place to stay and have something for
every family member to do.
The spacious 3 bedroom holiday property provides 4 exclusive separate options for Holiday makers outdoor relaxation. You enter the town home from ground level into a spacious
rumpus room/second living area. This cool relaxation space has comfortable leather L Shaped sofa, flat screen TV and bar fridge with plenty of space for recreation. Two sets of
French doors open out to the perfect spot to relax under the purpose built Gazebo overlooking the front garden.
Up the spiral staircase you will find open plan living with generous and comfortable seating and TV, dining (seats 8) and the well equipped kitchen all flow out to the front balcony. A
second balcony overlooking natural bushland is accessible.
The Master bedroom complete with private ensuite boasts a peaceful private balcony set amongst canopy of trees, the perfect spot for morning coffee and bird song. There are
two other bedrooms, one with a double bed overlooking the front garden and the other with a queen bed with sliding doors leading to back verandah overlooks bushland and
shares a spacious main bathroom with a shower and bath tub, vanity and a separate toilet.
The house has ceiling fans throughout including both living rooms and all three bedrooms and sleeps six . Whilst the generous sized leather couches upstairs and downstairs
provide spaces for relaxing in comfort, they are unsuitable for sleeping (not being sofa beds.) An air dryer is conveniently located in a sunny area on back verandah for quick
drying of beach towels. Please hang your towels on the drying rack rather than impairing your views and cluttering the front balcony or gazebo with towels hung on railings.
The property also has includes two separate privately tenanted studio units who have sole use of rear courtyard. A shared laundry located downstairs in proximity to all is available
for daytime washing.
Parking strictly for 2 CARS (only) is off street on the lawn area for tenants convenience and ease of access. Any additional vehicles including any boats and trailers to be parked
on the street. Moreton Council prohibits parking all vehicles on footpaths. Please do not move the furniture. In interest of all, this is a Non Smoking property at all times.Please
understand we do not feel this property is suitable for small children as the open spiral stair case can be very dangerous.
We would prefer bookings with children only over the age of 12 years od age due to safety issues with the stair case and disturbances to the tenants in the complex.
This property is all about location and comfort. It's a place the family can come together and relax and enjoy the wonders of Bribie Island.

provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $25.00 x Double Set and $17.50 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved
after your vacate.
