"FeWo Königsheide" - outskirts of town on the ground floor with large garden terraces barbecue

Personal contact with the holiday guests is very important to me. Unfortunately, I was prohibited by FeWo-Direkt personal contact with my guests and the important issues in advance.

E-bike or pedelec free of charge included. The wheels can be safely stored.

The completely unconventional apartment in the north of Bremerhaven. You have 65 sqm and 500 sqm garden with apple trees (picking and eating) are available. Breakfast or barbecue in the garden or on a terrace ............... very much. Do you prefer plums .. well because the neighbors and simply from the tree.
The apartment is fully equipped and cozy. In the apartment is absolutely no smoking. However, smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. Weatherproof terraces available. Thus, no smoking in the rain.
All windows with external blinds. 2 terraces, large garden, lawn,
Garden furniture and barbecue. Your own parking at the hotel.
Motorbikes can be safely parked.
Full service including such. B. Train station pickup, special requests, surprise party, etc ..... negotiable. On departure, they let the dishes are simple and lie and just take care of their things. Everything else ?? , simple requests. If you are completely foreign to you will not be left alone.
Deviations of the price list are possible, we arrange your stay individually, with the booking inquiry.

Clarification of costs: The apartment costs 65 euro per night for 2 persons. Each additional person per night to 10 euros. Towels / sheets can be rented for 10 euros per person (or you bring it yourself). Final cleaning 35 euros (increases by arrangement with brought pet).
Citytax is 5% of the booking, but only max. charged for 7 days.
The pool is only built up in very warm weather conditions.

Radio amateurs welcome. Support for antenna construction, available for guest use are a double dipole for 40 and 80 meters. As well as a 2/70 cm omnidirectional antenna in 10m height. Provision of 12V DC.

Familienurlaub

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten mit jeder Frage auf den Vermieter zugehen. Er war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war großzügig und gut ausgerüstet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bei dem ein oder anderen Regentag konnten wir die Zeit gut in der Wohnung mit Gesellschaftsspiele verbringen.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlichen persönlich empfangen. Er hat uns angeboten besondere Ziele in der Umgebung, fernab von jeglichen Touristenströmen zu zeigen. Gleich am ersten Tag, haben wir das Angebot angenommen und wurden von ihm zu tollen Plätzen geführt, die wir wahrscheinlich selbst nicht gefunden hätten. Das hat er völlig uneigennützig getan, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Alles erfolgte in in einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Das haben wir in noch keiner anderen Ferienunterkunft erlebt. Dazu können wir nur sagen "Daumen hoch!". Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett hatte sogar elektronische Funktionen. Der große Garten ist Hunde hervorragend geeignet und so gesichert, dass auch Herrchen und Frauchen entspannen können. Es war für uns ein rundum zufriedener Urlaub. Gern würden wir wiederkommen.

Wir waren 1 Woche bei Micha in der gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in Bremerhaven, alles war gepflegt und sauber,alles hat prima geklappt, Micha hat uns gute Tipps zum Essen und Radfahren gegeben, Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.
