This fabulous Wanaka Townhouse that speaks to quality and luxury as a splendid Sanctuary for travelers passing through or those wishing to have a very special time in Wanaka. It is located in a unique and beautiful part of Wanaka only 100 meters from the lake shore accessed through a private walk way

This charming townhouse has 2 bedroom each with its own ensuite bathroom containing a shower, toilet and bath. The open plan kitchen dining and lounge leads to a great outdoor terrace and native garden with panoramic mountain views and has glimpses of the lake. The kitchen is comprehensive and has an espresso coffee machine for those who prefer good coffee to start their day

There is onsite parking however without access to a garage. A short 3minute walk will find you at Edgewater resort where there is great dining and cafe options without having to go to town. View the famous Wanaka tree is only 5 minutes from your door either at sunrise or sunset.

Bend, Oregon 7020 Well located home for 4 Review of Lakeland Wanaka Pending review This home is pretty much as pictured on the site. While there isn’t a view of Lake Wanaka it was only a couple of minutes walk to the lake and the Edgewater Resort (try their delicious scones and their gift shop has some unique gifts from Jo Luping, a local artist). And it’s a 20 minute walk to town along the lake. The patio was lovely or we just opened the doors in the dining area for an alfresco experience. There is an arbor over the patio that dropped pollen on patio chairs and table; if you have allergies this might be a caution. But we enjoyed it to the fullest. The kitchen accommodated several cooks. There was an issue with the very small dishwasher which we mentioned to the property manager. Having a washer, dryer and drying line was a bonus. The property manager was responsive which we appreciated. There are jets in both tubs but the power switch was difficult to locate. Hopefully it will be well marked for your visit. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and would not hesitate to recommend it.
