Perfect location but other than that ….
My 21 year old daughter and I met in Dublin. We could not have chosen a more ideal location! The property is right in the middle of the best neighborhood in Dublin. However the place was really not up to par. The kitchen faucet was actually completely broken (falling off from the sink) so we had to use the bathroom sink only. We were given two towels two washcloths, and one roll of toilet paper other than the one on the roll. This isn’t acceptable. There were stains on the comforter for the pull-out, and there were NO blankets in the apartment. We were unable to turn down the heat so it was really hot in the bedroom and the living area was freezing. Also, there is not a full/queen bed. It is two twins put together to make it appear as such. Look elsewhere

Great Location
Pros: Location Cons: 1. No more than two people should book 2. The pull out bed had a large urine stain on the sheet 3. Check in time on listing states 3:00 however the final check-in received from property management stated 4:00. We did get in earlier. 4. Toilet paper was insufficient and they didn’t deliver more when asked the second time. First time they brought two half rolls knowing there were three people staying 3 more days. Overall a great central area. However if you want more than a hotel room this isn’t the property for you.

Great apartment in a quiet location.
Our original unit was damaged and we were moved to an upgraded unit. The checkin process was cumbersome. The unit was extraordinary. Secure building, comfortable with all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Terrible check in, no communication
Host is using Vrbo as a free advertising service, doesn’t check or respond to app messages or provide check in info though the app. Check was at 3pm, we messaged at 1:45 if we could check in early, no reply, we message at 3 asking how to check in, no reply. We call and are directed to a reception of a property management office and are told we need to go across town to pick up the key before checking in. They said they provided this info in an email the day we made the booking, but we never received this email. Even if we had, this information should be in the app and not hidden in a long email received months before checking in. Even though our booking was for 4 adults, there were only 2 towels and no pillows, sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, we didn’t notice this until the first night so we had to sleep without them. The next day we had to call twice for them to drop off everything that was missing. The location is right in the downtown core but it’s right next to a Salvation Army and smells of urine outside. The main bed is very uncomfortable, somehow more so than the pull out couch.

Als wir bei der Wohnung angekommen waren, haben wir erfahren, dass wir den Schlüssel auf der anderen Seite der Innenstadt abholen müssen. Also erst hin zum Büro und wieder zurück. Dies was vorher nicht kommuniziert. Nachdem wir den Schlüssel hatten, schlossen wir die Wohnung auf und uns schlug eine übelst stinkende Wolke aus Zigarettenrauch aus der Nichtraucherwohnung entgegen. Die Wohnung hatte 3 Betten obwohl wir zu 4t angemeldet waren. Also: Agentur anrufen, die hatten nichts mehr frei. Rückruf kam nach einer Stunde. Man hätte nichts von dem Rauch gewusst (Wer hat die Wohnung gereinigt?) und die Bettenanzahl sei durchgerutscht. Wir haben dann zugegeben einen schöne Wohnung mitten im Ausgehviertel Temple Bar bekommen, aber mit kleinen Kindern (5 & 8 Jahre) in unpassender Lage war (Kotzende unter den Fenstern), was wir vor her absichtlich nicht so wollten. Dauer ca. 3 Stunden. Fazit: Saftladen.
