Very comfortable stone house in a dream landscape. Renovated in period style with preservation of ancient tuscan structures. Well-equipped chestnut kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooking and baking oven, coffee machine and other appliances). Large table with 8 chairs. Comfortable seating area. Satellite TV. Washing machine & fridge in separate room. 4 bedrooms with period furniture. Fly screens on all windows, ventilators. 2 bathrooms. Central heating in all rooms. Large covered terrace (15 x 4), on windy days it can be closed by fabric blinds which can be lowered. Round patio outside the entrance. Tables, benches, chairs, deck chairs & barbecue are available for festive evenings under the starry sky of Tuscany. Outdoor shower. Large park, 8000 m², fenced with oleander hedge, lockable gate. Alarm system. Pets allowed. Idyllic location. Conveniently located: 5 km away from the motorway Livorno-Grosseto-Roma, Exit Giuncarico.

Idyllic location: The holiday home Oleandro consists of two house parts of which the rotunda will not be rented. It is a fully restored stone house. It lies below the medieval village Giuncarico (2km) where there is a large public swimming pool, and is only 20 km away from the sea. Idyllic location.
Shopping in the nearby little town Grilli and in Giuncarico (2 km). Coop (supermarket), kiosk and bar in Grilli.
Restaurants and Pizzeria in Grilli and Giuncarico (2 km). Pharmacy at the entrance of Grilli.
15min drive to Grosseto (provincial capital).

Schönes Haus - ruhig gelegen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Oleander mit zwei Familien mit Kindern sehr genossen ! Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig, dennoch in guter Reichweite zu Meer und vielen kleinen schönen Orten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und Verwaltern vor Ort war sehr nett und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Typisches toskanisches Anwesen

Das Anwesen liegt wundervoll ruhig. Der Außenbereich lädt vom Sonnenaufgang bis unter den nächtlichen Sternenhimmel zum Verweilen ein. Für eine Erfrischung sorgt dabei zwischendurch der Pool.

country house in a beautiful and quiet area

Very kindly received by the manager, the house was fully equipped. Good beds, nice bathrooms, the outdoor shower was wonderful. But for 4 teenagers, 2 weeks without WiFi is a challenge. Fortunately, the beach is a short distance away, the swimming pool in the village is also great! For low-tuned cars, you have to be careful when you drive on the country road to the house.

Wonderful Tuscan villa Oleandro

When you drive over the small road to the house, you can hardly believe that it is all yours! Great property with trees, flowers and lot of space. The house is typical Tuscan and great to stay. The owner is very friendly and sent a lot of information before arriving about where restaurants, supermarkets are, where you can swim and which things to see in the area. Very useful! Also the ‘neighbour’ lady who let us is was very kind! They do everything to make your stay joyful. Definitely a great place to stay.

Wunderbares Plätzchen etwas abseits vom Schuss

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 1 Woche in der Villa Oleander zu Gast sein zu dürfen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Als 2 Familien mit Kleinkindern fanden wir locker Platz, sowohl im Haus, als auch im dazugehörigen Pool! ;-) Vielen Dank an Jeannine Barth und auch an die lokale Ansprechpartnerin, welche beide jederzeit disponibel waren und stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht waren! Die Villa ist definitv eine Empfehlung, vor allem wenn man etwas Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit schätzt und es einem nichts ausmacht, wenn man zum nächsten Strand oder zur nächsten größeren Stadt ca. 20 Minuten fahren muss!
