The choice is yours; lay back in a chaise lounge, gather with friends around the fabulous fire pit, or curl up in the hanging chair in the outdoor living room. Take advantage of the BBQ grill and enjoy alfresco dining on the covered patio while watching the sun slip behind Mount San Jacinto to the West. After spending the day around the pool, head inside for a little fun at the ping pong table. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
No Reservations PS captures the fun and nostalgia of Palm Springs. The resort-style pool yard features lots of different gathering places and is walled for privacy. The heated pool with an integrated waterfall spa is surrounded by chaise lounges with shade umbrellas, and a covered living pavilion where you’ll find an outdoor lounge and alfresco dining. Try your hand at croquet or a round of bocce in the east yard. To the side of the pavilion you’ll find a BBQ grill, and a fire pit lounge area with string lights - it’s the perfect spot for relaxing evenings under the stars. Mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this spectacular property.

The home itself is spacious and well-planned, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. Walls of glass let the light pour in, blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living. Everything here has been designed for the way we live today - with high-speed internet, flatscreen televisions, high-performance climate control, and a beautiful well-stocked kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances and waterfall countertops.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms is beautifully styled and features a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage and a flatscreen TV. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. The two Guest rooms also feature King beds (one of them can be converted to 2 Twins upon request) and share easy access to the guest bathroom.

Minutes from the airport and just a short drive from restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, the casino, convention center, cabarets, and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.
