A lovely retreat - the house is exactly as pictured, on a quiet cut-de-sac within the Desert Horizons club, overlooking the golf course. Very private. Wonderful to have citrus trees a step away from the back sliders. Very very spacious with a fully-equipped kitchen. The interior of the house was very clean overall. The beds felt very fresh/clean with good mattresses. The owner responded immediately when we contacted her with questions, she was extremely helpful and any issue/question we had was resolved. A huge benefit was that she arranged for a transponder so we wouldn't have to check in at the security gate every time.

My family and I have owned three condos in Legacy Villas in La Quinta for 5 years. Those condos always get rented when I would like to use them. So I bought this unit for my own retirement.

Why they chose this property

Our family has a tradition of getting together around Christmas in the desert. Everyone is able to do what they love most, golfing, hiking, swimming. I wanted a bigger house to accomodate the children and grandchildren.

What makes this property unique

This property is located less than a mile to the two very challenging, beautiful courses, The Celebrity and The Player course. Also so close to shopping and entertainment.
