This newly decorated condo is located in Downtown Gatlinburg. Our 2 bed, 2 bath condo is on the 1st floor and has been completely renovated. New flooring in the living room and bedrooms just makes this complex stand out, along with the new furnishings and other upgrades we think you will be pleased. This unit is just perfect for couples or a small family who just wants to come and relax and enjoy everything that Gatlinburg has to offer. From the shopping, attractions, restaurants and the Smoky Mountains just a short drive away the Gatlinburg Chateau is just waiting for you!

Spring break

We enjoyed being able to walk into Gatlinburg to eat. The place was very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the water in the master shower. It only got to 91.5degrees. That is cold for a shower. The other shower had hot water, but it had very little flow. I called the property manager the first morning. I got an immediate response. They came out that day and said the water was fine. They did not fix the issue. I messaged the manager back. She said she would send someone asap. No one fixed it in the next four days or contacted us.

Convenient

The location was pretty close to everything but it does sit on a really steep hill. The parking isn’t ideal but it was ok. I was disappointed with the shower because the drain grate was removable and my toddler was able to get her leg down the drain before I noticed. Totally unsafe and unhygienic with all the mold in the drain. The AC unit is not connected to the master bedroom so you en up having to leave doors open to circulate air. I was shivering the first night before I realized that. The kitchen is extremely small and can only fit one person at a time. The bedrooms were a good size. Overall it was a great stay. I just wish the floors and showers were cleaner for my toddler.

Needs a deep clean

One bathroom shower never worked. We had 6 people using same shower. The floors were very dirty the bottoms of our socks were completely black. The Heat/AC unit was not very easy to work. Also the fireplace did not work. It did have a great location

Not the greatest…

Good location. Cleanliness was sub par at best. Walls had stains that ran down the walls and onto the baseboards in both bedrooms and the front hall. Floors were filthy: sticky and left white socks black on the bottom just walking from bedroom to living room. One bedroom’s shower faucet didn’t work and had to fix ourselves prior to using the first night (late check in) but the cleaning crew had assured management everything had been cleaned…c’mon!! How can you clean a shower without water? Management was extremely helpful and offered cleaning, but didn’t avail ourselves of this since we were unpacked. Maintenance was not helpful during the evening. Volunteering to come over the next day to resolve issues. Noisy. Hear a lot of vehicle sounds from the road that is over a football field away. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
