Adequate

The condo was adequate and clean. The back poarch was nice. It overlooked the water park. There was plenty of towels and sheets. The fridge was leaking condensation onto the food shelves so we had to put a towel inside the fridge. The kitchen was not well stocked. There was no cookie sheet (but we did contribute one), there was no cheese grater and very few pots. The pictures of the water park imply that all guests can use the park, but there is a $20 per person fee that was not disclosed. Imagine our sons disappointment. The cleaning people also left several bags of trash and lining just outside of our door for over 24 hrs. Overall, we were disappointed.

Adequate

The condo was adequate. There was plenty of linens. The furnishings were nice. The screened in back porch was nice. It overlooked the water park. In the pictures of this listing it makes you think that everyone can play at the water park, but that is not the case. It cost $20 per person per day. I think this was misrepresented. I think it should be disclosed up front. The kitchen was sparsely equipped with no cookie sheet and very few pans. We will not stay here again.
