Located in Bharat Heights Apartment complex, Phase1 (New Ruby) is in Nagarcem, Canacona, GOA. Studio is on the first floor. It has mountainview,2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned, supplied with hot & cold water and a wardrobe.
Every little care has been taken to have home ready for you.
Amenities: One King Size bed, one sofa seating for 3, a big 45 ‘ TV. One A/C. One ceiling fan. Enjoy 100+ channels thru Tata Sky Dish Satellite TV, English News, entertainment & Sports Channels available. The sofa is actually a sofa cum bed for 2 kids or one adult member. The bedroom has one king size bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and bedside table.
The kitchen has fridge, cooking facilities, electric kettle, Gas Stove, Gas cylinder is also provided. Crockery and utensils are provided to help with those holiday breakfasts. Bathroom has shower, western toilet.

Guest's Privacy is highly maintained but when guest need help or any info, we are always available. You will be completely assisted during your stay.

Palolem Beach, in South side of Goa, is just a 5 min ride on bike and 15 / 20 mins walk from this apartment, The beach is featured as the Goan residence of Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) in the film The Bourne Supremacy (2004). The initial footage in the movie gives a good idea of the natural beauty of the beach - the distinctive tree covered rocks at one end (known locally as Monkey Island - to which tours are run) and beach shacks.

At the top of the island adjoining Palolem Beach there is a stone sculpture created by an American conceptual and land artist Jacek Tylicki called "Give if you can – Take if you have to" also called the "Monkey Stone". It became a pilgrimage destination. At the low tide it is a tough jungle walk and a guide is recommended. People can leave or take money at will at the Monkey Stone.

Airport pick up and drop, 2 wheeler, Auto rickshaw ( tuk-tuk) etc contacts will be shared with you, its your choice to avail the facility, but make sure you bargain, as the price vary season wise.

Please note House keeping service during your stay is provided, first service or cleaning is free second time is chargeable at a cost of Rs 200/-. One time cleaning fee is collected at the time of booking is to redo the place once you check out.

Joy and comfort experienced in a service apartment is entirely different from that of a Hotel.
