She quickly fell in love and realized he was the one who rescued her.

Looking For Seasonal Regulars!!! November through April are blocked out because we are hoping to find someone that wants to regularly rent our beach oasis every year.

Yes! You read that right! This area is the best hunting Ground for megalodon sharks tooth fossils!

Checkout

1. Thank you so much for choosing Sirena del Sol for your getaway. Checkout time is 11 AM unless otherwise approved by host.
2. Please leave the home in the condition you found it.
3. Please make sure to sweep floors of sand that you may have brought back from the beach :)
4. Please make sure any dishes you have used are clean and put away.
5. Please make sure the refrigerator is empty.
6. Please make sure trash is placed outside in the trash container with the lid closed.
7. Please make sure lights and ceiling fans are off and set the thermostat to 80.
8. Please make sure all windows are closed.
9. Please place keys and garage door opener on kitchen table and make sure the doors are locked.
10. In order for us to have limited exposure, we are asking all guests to place bedsheets, pillowcases, towels and wash cloths, and the white shower curtain liner that snaps out into the washing machine.
11. Log off Netflix accounts on the SmartTV (if you logged in with your account)
12. Check under the beds for any belongings that might have found their way under there.
13. Please make sure to notify host if anything was broken or damaged during your stay.

Awesome & restful beach bungalow in South Venice

We found this online when looking for a property that was close to a beach, had a heated pool, 2 bedrooms & this one had two baths which was a bonus & a washer & dryer - we thoroughly enjoyed the screened lanai & pool area, the closet beach was only about a mile away. The owners had beach chairs, beach yoga mats, flippers & goggles & more beach things plus fishing equipment The bedding was good, linens plus pool towels were available, kitchen was fully equipped & our neighborhood was really quiet yet we were close to many conveniences - we loved it & we are planning a return trip. If you are looking for a quiet place to recharge, relax & be with people when you want to be, this is the place!

Absolutely perfect 2 Bdm, 2 bath & as described in the VRBO comments from the host

We enjoyed this bungalow so much - the host was amazing to answer any questions/concerns we might have had in a super timely manner - and made a great effort to satisfy my husbands need to understand the smart TV 😉 the bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen, great bedding/linens, comfortable beds, W & D plus a DW if you need & the heated pool & lanai was awesome -the location to beaches was quick & if you chose to eat out, many quality restaurants were within walking 2- 15 miles- we enjoyed the serenity of the neighborhood because we were looking for a serene location and we found it here - so much so that we re-rented it until 03/31/23 & if it’s available next year, we plan to return - super hosts & no complaints!

Nice small Heated Pool . Two Miles from Manasoda Key Beach : Great owner ! What’s not to like ? The home is close to everything but tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved our time there .

Sunshine makes me happy!. Staying here was lovely. So very relaxed. The house was so comforting and friendly to return to after a day of sunshine. The house has the most wonderful location. Preserves( waking to 2), beaches, dining. The house is in the most lquiet neighborhood. If you can forgive the sprawl of stores miles away it is all perfect!!!!! The owners get a 5🌟automatic for the care they gave us.

Welcome to our getaway. Where you truly can get away from it all! We travel a lot for work and want to share our little piece of heaven!

We are also seeking someone that regularly wants to rent our home every November through April!!

This home has everything you need for a perfect beach escape. We are one mile from one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere in the country., and very close to 5 other public beaches!!!

Close to Live Theater (Van Wezel, Venice Theater)
Close to shopping
Close to the Only Publicly accessible Warm Mineral Springs in Florida!!! So if you are looking for a healing winter, this spring is consistently 87 degrees and the minerals truly helped my husband recover and walk again!! Plus Sarasota county residents get a HUGE discount!!
