Famed for being the beach which guarantees a good wave, Blueys is undoubtedly a favourite with surf enthusiasts and those who enjoy a stretch of secluded sand with incredible views. Said to have gained its unusual name due to a cattle mishap enroute to Yarric Mountain (the hill on the southern end of Blueys Beach), locals proudly proclaim this to be one of the world’s finest beaches. Offering protected corners for those who want to watch the swell from afar, this lush stretch of coastline is framed by forest-covered headlands and nestled between Sandbar Beach to the south, and Boomerang Beach to the north.

Great home, beautiful view

Clean, fresh home that added the perfect final touch for a successful holiday. Great entertaining areas (loved the upstairs deck), beautiful (closer than I expected) ocean view. Also incredible location and surrounding area (pretty drive out to Blueys Beach from Forster too). Thank you.

only one issue

you need WiFi at the premises desperately, this is the second time we have stayed - not sure if its a reception thing? i often have to log in to work randomly while away and its almost impossible tethering my optus phone id imagine pretty easy to build into the price of the weekly rental price. would make life much easier.... otherwise we love the house and blueys. simon
