Pretty storybook cottage very roomy with quality inclusions set on 2 acres of garden surrounded by other large properties, nature and birdsong. The cottage is set away from the main house so that you have complete privacy. We are in a quiet location yet only 10 minutes drive from Emerald Township where the famous Puffing Billy Steam Train is located.
Carramar cottage contains a Gas Log fire, Queen size Bed, Large shower and full kitchen. Peace and Quiet. Feels like country but close to town. Emerald is a vibrant town with plenty amenities including cafes, bars, gift and clothing shops as well as chemists, banks and post office. Be sure to book at least one day in advance.

This property is unique due to the closeness of facilities yet feels miles away from everything. It has all you need for an independent and peaceful stay.

What makes this property unique

Surrounded by nature. Driving towards our property you may be lucky enough to come across a wombat crossing the road or an echidna. Possums hiding in the trees at night. There are plenty of native birds busily going about their business. We often see eagles circling above. The frogs are also increasing due to the pond we put in. We are endeavouring to help in a small way to assist the native flora and fauna.
