1. Located wonderfully close to NYC yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Driveway parking just in the front inside the house premises. This 3-story House is all yours with private entrance.

Security camera in the exterior and mechanical/utility rm, inaccessible to guests.
Easy stroll (3 min) to Bus Station to NYC, Light Rail nearby, just a short drive (or Uber) to Manhattan/NYC via I-78/Holland Tunnel or to PATH train at Journal Square Station to Manhattan. If you arrive via Air, Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is 15 min away (see map).
2. What's Included:
Simple Old-style hardwood floor clean house. Not a Luxury Resort or posh Hotel.
The entire House (3 floors, approximately 3000 plus sq ft) is yours to relax and enjoy with your family/group.
The first two floors have 3 bedrooms each (total 6 bedrooms, 10 beds), 2 separate full kitchens, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining area.
The third floor (ground floor) has two multi-purpose rooms (no beds), a cozy mini home bar (no stocks), refrigerator, a dining area, Sofa, and one bathroom.
Total baths in the house = 3.
Flr-2 has a separate entrance door, side-by-side of the Flr-1 entrance door. Gr Flr can be accessed via Flr-1 kitchen only. Gr Flr has low ceiling, about 6.5-7.0 feet. All entry doors have electronic locks.
Washer/Dryer/folding service (typically $1/lb) available at a private laundromat at 3 min walking distance.
Thermostat controlled heating.
Individually controlled Window A/C units in bed rooms and living Rooms. Gr floor is cool in summer.
Free and convenient parking on driveway for two SUV/cars.
Free high speed Wi-Fi Internet and total of 2 TV. Wi-fi access codes provided after check-in. Internet rated 500 mbps. But multiple connections or streaming can cost bandwidth. Limit connections to just a few and disconnect after use.
Ample space for you to relax and enjoy in the sitting room, have a coffee, surf the internet freely, watch favorite programs on TV using your own streaming service, or sit at the cozy bar with your group.
Convenience stores across the street, if you need something miscellaneous quick. Convenient 24/7 McDonalds, Dunkin' Donuts, Pizza Hut and other food stores across the street at walking distance. Newport Mall, Hudson Mall, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Grocery Stores, etc. within driving distance of about 2 to 7 miles.
Guests can purchase almost all supplies, one would need, including any necessary items for a stay including paper towel etc at the convenience store.

-- Guests have full access to this House (3000 plus sq ft) by lockbox or key-less entry using popular Electronic Key system, for convenience, to accommodate convenient variable arrival times. smart-check-in and check-out.
While your group occupies the house, it will not be rented to any other guests beyond your group.
No floor can be booked individually. Whole house must be booked together.
Feel home away from home, unwind, relax and recharge. Freely roam the entire house, entirely for your own joy.
Easy stroll to convenience stores/restaurants/late-night fast food around the corner.
Interaction with guests
While we would like to do everything possible to make our guests welcome, we do respect the privacy of our guests and uninterrupted enjoyment while you visit. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have or if you need anything, and we will try to help or guide very happily.

Other things to note
This is a sleepy town just across Hudson River from Manhattan, popular for quiet residential neighborhood yet readily and conveniently accessible to all the action in NYC.
No smoking inside the apartment.
No unregistered guests overnight.
Please respect our neighborhood and please keep noise low. Quiet time after 9pm.
House is provided, cleaned prepared by maid service with fresh linen, towels, dispensed shampoo/body wash and starter paper towel/toilet paper. No daily maid service of supplies. Guests self-maintain the house. Necessary supplies can be purchased at a convenience store within 3 min walking.
Waste recycling rules (posted in Kitchen) must be followed.
At check-out guests must tidy up the house, place all waste in trash bag, tie-up, and place it in the bin on the side of the apartment outside.
For longer stays, please put the garbage bags on street curb on Tues/Fri afternoon for early night pickup at 9pm by the city.
Recyclables are dropped on curbside on thurs nights and picked at 9pm Thursday. No loose waste. No mixing with other waste. City fines apply.
