This 6-bedroom home, with a sleeping size for up to 12 people, provides endless entertainment options after long days at the theme parks with a private swimming pool and spillover spa and a games room equipped with a pool table and air hockey.

Disney World’s proximity from the Encore Resort is less than a 10-minute drive.

King sized bedroom.

King sized Master with en suite (shower, tub, twin vanities), an accent chair.

All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware.

Dining:
Table seats 8 people.

Entertainment:
Each bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV and access to complimentary WiFi.
Main living area has a large flat screen TV.
AIR CONDITIONED games room has a pool table and air hockey, flat screen TV with a PS4 video game console, comfortable leather sofa.

Outdoor Living Space:
Private swimming pool and spillover spa (optional heating).
4x sun loungers, 6 seat patio table.
BBQ / GRILL: Included. There is no extra cost to use the grill. Note: We do not provide propane. It is guest's responsibility. We provide propane tank to refill upon request.

- Pool and Spa HEAT is an extra charge of $40/day + plus tax. We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

- The entire house will be available for guests.

Casa exatamente igual nas fotos. Tem um problema que a dispensa da cozinha fica trancada pelo administrador para guardar suas coisas, dificultando muito armazenamento das comidas. Nunca aluguei casa com a dispensa trancada. Internet cai muito e muito fraca, sugiro uma detetizacao.

Relaxing

Beautiful home as advertised in a great location. The purpose of our trip was to just stay at the home and enjoy the pool which we did. The house had plenty of room and the beds were so comfortable. The game room was a plus! We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the pool at no fault of owner. We had very heavy rains every day which caused us to have a lot of debris in the pool but owner was very responsive in contacting someone. Just a note this home is not included with waterpark if you have little kids. Would definitely stay here again :)

Close to Disney

House was great, it was extremely close to Disney. Other properties we stayed at we would get stuck in horrible traffic. It took between 15-20 min to get to every park which was great. Also the host was very responsive.
