This colonial style property is true to the Southern Charm one looks for in Georgia with all the updated amenities to make you right at home. . From the decor, to the grounds. There are four bedrooms one is set up currently as a full service office. Two of the bedrooms are masters and one is an ensuite. It is a home away from home for executive and extended stays. Fully equipped just bring your bags. The property is centrally located for commuting to all major metro hospitals and destinations. Free Stone Mountain Park Pass.

Enjoy your own private oasis. I feel like I am vacationing. Property is nestled in a park like setting. Rooms are fully equipped as is the gourmet kitchen for preparing fabulous meals. There is also an outdoor cooking and lounging areas. There are three fire pits and places on the property to include two outdoor pits for outdoor fun. This is a very peaceful and quiet community. You can check our statistics and see. We have owned this home since 1992 and I have never, never heard of a home invasion or any other crimes for that matter. I am a single female from California and I feel very safe when I am at the property.

My place is located in a safe and quiet subdivision. There is plenty of shopping and dinning nearby to include the "Stone Mountain Park" with free access. Property is centrally located. Guest has access to all shared common areas internally and externally. I also have one entry pass to Stone Mountain Park where you can enjoy rock climbing, hiking, boating, camping, dinning and billiards. LA Fitness and Planet Fitness as well as the park are all less than five minutes away. "EASY ACCESS TO ALL MAJOR HOSPITALS"

I am a project manager and former bed and breakfast owner. I do travel for work and vising family back home in California so I really welcome long-term stays. The property is never occupied by more than two guest and all are verified and professionals. My primiary occupancy is traveling medical professionals, interns, rotations, and therapist.

All professionals are welcome however.

Why they chose this property

This property is centrally located to major freeways, it is quiet, safe and well stocked. You will enjoy your privacy or you can join for occasional wine tasting, brunch, grilling, outdoor games, etc.

What makes this property unique

The outdoor living and dining is wonderful year round. Rather sitting under a water mist, fan, or one of the 3 fire pits, it is very cozy and relaxing. Certain times of the year you can enjoy my farm to table garden. Most people really enjoy my food and my beds.

There is horseback riding a 15 minutes away where I volunteer.
