Four Bedroom (Three upstairs One down) with there bathrooms (Two upstairs One down) This home has 2377 square feet of living space and lots of parking. The area can supply lots of shopping/sports/theater/ and other activities for you and traveling companions.
Close 2 Arrowhead Town Center for easy access to a variety of shopping choices as well as theater and fast or fine restaurants. Arrowhead Ranch and the Arnold Palmer Legends Golf Course just 5 minutes away is one of the many championship golf courses within the area.
Within 10 minutes (4.2 miles) is Peoria Sports Complex spring training home of the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners with many restaurants (P.F. Chang's/ Texas Roadhouse/Olive Garden/ and many more) as well as a multi plex Movie Theater within one mile of the stadium.
Within 15 minutes (15.9 miles) is the Camelback Ranch-Glendale Stadium which is the Major League Baseballs spring training home of the Los Angel Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox. Go out and enjoy a game or just watch them prepare.
Just down the road a piece is State Farm Stadium, Home of the National Football League Arizona Cardinals.

Nice house, great support

The house was everything we could have wanted. The house is in a good location, close to a lot of activities. Well furnished with every sort of staple you could ever want. The tv uses streaming and we were not familiar with it. The local host came over within 20 minutes and showed us everything we needed to fully enjoy everything. We would stay there again.

Great neighborhood and location

This was the second winter we’ve stayed in Kathy’s wonderful house. Last year Jan. & Feb. and this year longer, Jan.-Mar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stays. We found the house very roomy, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen along with lots of complimentary paper products, bathroom and laundry products, linens and towels. We enjoyed sitting on the patio grilling and the warm temperatures away from MN. The friendly neighborhood was very nice with sidewalks that led to wonderful paved walking trails that we enjoyed daily with our dogs. We found the house’s location perfect, close to shopping, restaurants (some walking distance), movie theaters, and clinics/hospitals. Kathy and Deborah were always extremely nice and quick to respond anytime we had a question. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. It was definitely a home away from our MN home. Thank you Kathy for a wonderful stay. We hope to return.

Great rental in Glendale.

House is perfect for family reunion. Lots of space. Very well stocked: kitchen, linens, books. Great backyard for our dog. Owner and sister always available! Close to shopping and restaurants! Thank you!!

Glendale home away from home.

My husband and I are retired traveling with our family dogs. We enjoyed staying in this very clean, very well equipped home. The property manager, Deborah, was easy to contact and responded quickly when we had questions. We found the property close to shopping, restaurants, hiking , and centrally located to most sites seeing excursions we chose to travel to. The ownership supplies a lot of amenities with the property. We were in Glendale to visit our daughter who was 2 miles away. This property made it easy for us to come and go during our visit.

You will have a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood so you can travel and have FUN all day until you come back 2 relax or just stay in all day and read/watch TV/ or just hang out.
