Arrived and check in staff demanded payment, when we had already paid via you. Very stressful argument

We are located about 5 minutes drive from the Airport. It is an ideal place for travelers on transit. Also travelers arriving during midnight or departing very early in the morning prefer to stay close to the Airport.
